1992 Cadillac Eldorado Designer Q&A
Have a good question for Mr. Ruzzin?
Okay, it’s time for another interview with master designer Mr. Dick Ruzzin. I’ve got material to do Design Notes posts for the 1991 Chevy Caprice and the 1992 Cadillac Eldorado, both of which he was responsible for. We’re going to start with Eldorado.
Knowing a lot of my readers are car nuts like me, I thought I’d offer a chance to suggest questions for the interview. But you have to act fast.
I’ll be emailing Mr. Ruzzin the questions before a subsequent phone interview. My target day to get the list out to him is this Friday, so if you plan on making any suggestions, the sooner the better.
Since, to keep things practical, I’ll likely have to pare my own list of questions back I can’t make any guarantees that suggested questions will be used. But there’s a good chance that someone is thinking of historically significant questions that haven’t or won’t occur to me.
The upcoming Design Notes post that will incorporate the interview results should be quite interesting, there are some truly juicy pictures that I can’t wait to share.
As most of my readers know, the 1992 Eldorado is related to and was developed in conjunction with the Seville. I already interviewed Mr. Ruzzin about the Seville and wrote about it in the following posts:
We covered a lot of territory in those posts, so if you haven’t read them I highly suggest that you do.
